The Dakota Dunes Community Association has contracted with Country Nursery and Landscaping, INC from Wayne, Nebraska to begin work on flower bed clean up and preparation for spring planting. Work will begin the week of October 3, tearing out old juniper, removing dead crab apple trees, old shrubbery, etc. The beds will then be redesigned if necessary, and the prepped for spring. We have an understanding with Country Nursery that if this contract is honored and work completed in a timely fashion, that we will then entertain a bid from them for planting in the spring. The flower beds at the entrance to the Prairie and Meadows, the Country Club Estates, and the circle have needed work and re-doing for a long time. The Association board is excited to once again start this much needed beautification project. We look forward to presenting a computer design to all of you via this website later this fall.
